Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Richfield Trading B.V since October 2020, Joey is responsible for developing high-quality business strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term objectives. He oversees executive-level decisions within the company.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Joey actively mentors aspiring professionals within the industry, offering guidance and support to help them navigate their careers and achieve their full potential. Nick Saleem, a dynamic entrepreneur with over 15 years of diverse experience in polymer trading and distribution, embarked on his professional journey as a Sales Executive with a renowned organization in the Netherlands at the age of 17.

Since mid-2015, Nick has taken on the role of Chairman at Richfield Trading B.V in the Netherlands. In this capacity, he leads the Board, focusing on strategic initiatives, overseeing the Group's business, and establishing high governance standards. His pivotal role extends to fostering the effectiveness of board members, the CEO, and other stakeholders.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Nick actively engages in philanthropic endeavors, supporting various community initiatives and charitable causes aimed at uplifting underprivileged groups in the Netherlands and beyond. His commitment to social responsibility underscores his holistic approach to leadership and business ethics.

Michel Murks boasts a distinguished three-decade career, with sales proficiency setting the stage for his remarkable journey. From 1994 to 2001, he served as the Company Manager at renowned RV companies in the Netherlands, showcasing strategic acumen in sourcing products from Asia and orchestrating distribution in the Benelux region.

In 2001, Michel embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, founding Tiropa B.V, a trading company specializing in civil construction components. As Founder and CEO until 2015, he propelled the company to new heights, establishing a robust network in China, overseeing production, implementing quality control, and managing logistics. His hands-on approach and financial acumen positioned Tiropa B.V as a major industry player.

Michel, one of the pillars of Richfield Trading BV since its inception, has been serving as the COO since 2015, steering the company's growth in Europe. Widely recognized across the continent, Michel leverages his extensive networks and global contacts to solidify Richfield Trading B.V.’s standing in the international business arena. His unwavering commitment to excellence and profound understanding of global markets make him an invaluable asset as he continues to shape the organization's trajectory in the dynamic world of international trade.

Lieven joined Richfield's leadership team in 2023, excited about the opportunity to build a great team and design a new approach to service excellence. He leads Richfield Distribution's sales and marketing, purchasing, customer service, supply chain, technical services, and olefins logistics. With over 30 years of experience in the polyolefins industry, Lieven understands where the gaps are and provides invaluable insights into domestic and international market trends and challenges faced by manufacturers and converters.

His leadership journey encompasses successful ventures in business development, technical sales and marketing, and product management, underscoring his versatile skill set and strategic acumen. Lieven's proven track record in fostering growth in diverse markets, be it on a global scale or within local territories, reflects his unwavering commitment to nurturing enduring partnerships. Across his illustrious career, he has established and overseen international trade offices in numerous countries, spanning more than 10 nations worldwide.

Beatriz Saceda brings over two decades of extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management to her role as Head of Logistics at Richfield Distribution. Since joining the company in October 2017, Beatriz has been instrumental in optimizing logistics operations, overseeing customer service, and implementing efficient processes. Her tenure at Tahweel Europe, S.L. from November 2013 to July 2017 provided her with valuable insights into commercial operations and logistics support, particularly in the distribution of stretch and blow film across Europe, East countries, and North Africa. Beatriz excelled in customer service and logistics supervision, demonstrating her proficiency in troubleshooting and process optimization.

With a background spanning diverse industries, including electronic distribution, prepaid services, and medium to high voltage switchgear distribution, Beatriz has honed her skills in project management, procurement, and supply chain optimization. Having started her career in 1995, her experience at companies like Elektro, S.A., Sermricro, S.A., Disashop, S.L., and Mastrafo, S.L. equipped her with a strong foundation in ERP implementation, KPI design, and operational cost management. Beatriz's competencies include import/export procedures, transport management, and supply negotiations, making her a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient logistics operations at Richfield Distribution.

Vera Kamp's journey into the world of plastics began in 2007, following a successful 15-year stint in the retail boutique business during the 90’s in the Netherlands. Introduced to the plastic raw material industry by her father, Vera quickly became enamored with its potential. Working alongside her father, she gained invaluable experience and knowledge, laying the foundation for her career in plastics. Over the years, Vera's passion for the industry grew as she navigated through various roles in trading companies, expanding her expertise and network along the way.

In 2021, Vera's path intersected with Richfield Trading BV when she received a call from Nick Saleem, one of her longstanding contacts. Recognizing the opportunity to work alongside Nick and Joey de Busser, Vera joined the team, bringing her wealth of experience and dedication to the table. Her journey exemplifies the power of resilience and adaptability in carving out a successful career path in the dynamic world of plastics trading.
